The Ambassador bridge company is suing the Mayor and Councilors of the city of Windsor personally.
It makes one think twice about running for City Council in Windsor…

It should. Councilors, when passing bylaws must understand that ignoring these bylaws could be perceived as preferential treatment or the converse, discrimination.
We see this time and time again – with one councilor in particular on another matter, actually admitting they know the city has no case; but we’ll fight it anyway.
We need less “reactionary” and more “proactive” councilors around that table.
