Subject: June 13th, 2010 – Ontario Follow-up to Canada 150 Conference

Hello Liberal friends,

Please see the email below and distribute widely.

We would be delighted if you and your fellow Liberals would join our leader Michael Ignatieff and his caucus members in Toronto on Sunday, June 13th, 2010 for the Ontario Policy Day to follow up the Canada 150 Conference that took place in Montreal.

You can click on the first link in the email below to register for this day right away. I have also attached the day’s program and a form you can register with should you not wish to register online.

As you can see from the program attached, there will be breakouts on each of the five themes from the Canada 150 Conference, as well as a sixth regional theme – each of these breakouts will be led by Liberal Caucus Members, and will feed directly into the platform process, allowing Liberals to have direct input.

You can read the Canada 150 conference summary report here http://can150.ca/docs/can150report_e.pdf. The topics for discussion outlined at the end of each challenge will guide the discussion for the meeting in Toronto.

This event will be an excellent way for those of you who have bold ideas for our country, such as those presented at the LPCO Executive Board last weekend, to ensure the Leader and the Caucus Critics hear them first-hand!
